Always passionate about cooking, Gisèle OBAMA decided to launch her brand "Les secrets D'OBAMA" after a first experience with her own restaurant, launched in 2018. Determined to pursue her dream, she moved to Bordeaux in 2021 where she decided to pursue training in food preservation at the CTCPA (A french organization for cannery certification). With these new skills, the brand "Les Secrets D'OBAMA" was officially launched in 2023 and offers several ranges of exotic jams and other gourmet products.
Today, with the diversity and richness of exotic fruits that Africa offers, she wishes to share them with the diaspora by creating jams and bringing back the traditional taste of our spices, with the aim of sharing these culinary treasures with a wider audience and reviving the flavors of our heritage.
